Recipe for Fun: Mix 205 IMAA members, 286 inspected and flown aircraft with countless others on static display or for sale, 164 RV's, mid 80's temperatures with a light breeze down the runway, fly-in from 7 AM to 11PM and a Saturday night dinner with a P-51 mini air-show as an appetizer... with the Mustang landing and taxiing over to our site and dining with us. WE HAD A GREAT TIME!

I want to thank Chapter President Jim O' Conner, who organized with me, VP Bob Towner, Treasurer Jim Soper, Dick Lowery and Gerry Siminaer who handled registration... Nick Aniasco, Rod Brantleyh and Jeff Dulaney who worked inspection, Jim Laird handled publicity, Ralph Saxton for the dinner arrangements, Kelly Ogle, our announcer, Tony Alexander arranged for the Atwater Police Explorer Scouts to handle the gate and parking, Mike Brown and Hector Bagnie for the raffle, Shirley Soper for the Ladies Raffle, Jim Haslouer, John Aw, Terry Fleck and Bob Clark ran the impound, and Dwight Cathcart and John Montgomery filled in wherever needed.
