IMAA Rally of the Giants 2001 June 6-10, 2001 Cam-Plex Multi-Event Facilities Gillette, Wyoming

BBQ on Friday night - featuring Buffalo steaks and burgers - the IMAA board is shown serving up the food. One that was missing is Bob Bush, who was helping with the cooking. The weather in the last picture came at almost the end of the BBQ.

Some of the Official Stations at the Rally - Registration Booth, Raffles, Transmitter Impound, and Flight Line Control. All very well done!

Some of the IMAA Directors brought airplanes, and most spent time working at the IMAA booth.

So what do the following pictures have to do with Giant Scale RC Aircraft? Nothing! They are included to show one of the attractions in Wyoming near the Rally (And also to prove that there are trees in Wyoming). Devil's Tower was within an hours drive of the Rally, and four of us took the time to visit. (I know others did also).
