On the Cover: Spring 2002

In remembrance of September 11th, High Flight proudly salutes all of our American heroes. This inflight photo of Gene Barton’s Skyraider was taken by Dan Parsons at a contest in Arizona. The A1H Skyraider weighs 42 pounds, 90" span, and powered by a Webra Bully. The wings fold by radio control. The plane was built from plans and fiberglass fuselage by Rick Lewis.
