IMPORTANT!   If you are a current IMAA member, you should enter your IMAA number as your username and password (case sensitive!). DO NOT RE-REGISTER!!

There are just a few simple things that you need to know about the website that will make it easy for you. Take a minute and read through the following points:

1> Your user information is private. No one outside of IMAA has access to your name, address, phone number, or email.

2>  If your personal information changes, you don’t need to contact anyone to make any changes for you…you can do it yourself.  Simply login to the website and click on your name as show here to the right.  A link on the profile page allows you to update all your personal information such as your mailing address, phone number, and email address.  It is very easy and quick to keep your information up to date.  Your HighFlight magazine will be delivered to the address you have in your profile!

3> Keep your EMail address up to date.  This is your lifeline to IMAA.  Notices, News Flashes, and renewal notices are all sent via EMail.  It is the most important aspect of maintaining your personal profile.

4> If you forget your password, click the Forgot Password link at the bottom of the login page. As long as your email address is correct in the system, you will receive an email with your information. This is one of the reasons to make sure your email address stays current!

5> You may now join IMAA or renew your IMAA member on-line with a few clicks of your mouse. This website uses Paypal, the internet’s leading on-line banking system. You do not need a Paypal account to use this feature…just your credit card.  No credit card information is stored by this system or by Paypal, so your on-line transactions are 100% protected and completely secure!

6> Most graphic images in articles and throughout the website are expandable…simply click on the image to get a larger version that is easier to see. If you see your mouse turn into a magnifying glass when you hover over an image, just click it!

7> Use the Website Help forum to ask any other questions about using the IMAA website!
