Gentlemen,

There has been a delay with the paperwork. I first received the sanction request on May 6th. The IMAA Chapter number and name are missing from the form. I would like to finalize this today.

Pete, can you please call Don Vineyard to follow-up with this so that I can complete your sanction? You need to give Don some undated information so that we can have your chapter updated on the website.

I will forward you the event certificate with the packet just as soon as I can get this info.

Thnaks for your note. I also received your two phone messages and understand thatw e are ok with this under the CCRC Chapter number for now. I'll get our group together and get the Chapter paperwork started for our club as well.
