IMAA Web Structure
IMAA uses a tiered advertising system that allows the advertiser to easily select a level of participation that matches their budget. Ads are grouped into tiers representing the number of likely impressions and correspondingly the cost. Ads assigned to a Tier Group automatically rotate to ensure equal exposure.
Tier 1
Tier 1 focuses on the pages with the highest visitation rate. These include the Home page, the Forum page, and the Event page. Each page accepts all ad sizes (no Leaderboard placement on Home).
Tier 2
Tier 2 pages include (but are not limited to) Articles page, Membership page, and individual District pages. All sizes are available.
Tier 3
All pages under About IMAA including About IMAA, Officers, By-Laws, and other pages as appropriate
Sponsor Directory
All participating vendors are listed in the IMAA Sponsors directory. The directory also includes a link to the Sponsor’s website.
Ad Design
Ad design must follow stated file types/sizes as noted and is the supplied to IMAA Webmaster by the advertiser. A maximum of 2 ads of each type (leaderboard, skyscraper, block) may be submitted in a given Tier.
Duration
The advertising period is one calendar quarter.
Billing
IMAA Web Advertising is an extension of HighFlight Magazine’s advertising structure and will be billed on the same invoice and with the same terms as print advertising.
